The refundability norm is subject to the airliner or service provider's cancellation policy. If your booking is eligible for a refund, then the amount will be credited back after deduction of all the applicable fees or penalties. Refunds generally take 7 business days from the date we receive your request to cancel. The actual time taken for the amount to appear in your account may take some time depending upon your payment method and also upon your bank.
